Some Stats

**All about Rylee**
At her 2month check-up she weighed in at 11lb 3oz and 23inches 70's-ish percentile in each, so, not exactly tiny. She cried during her "pokies" but thats nothing compared to what some of her cousins have dealt with. She slept the vaccines off and was fine the rest of the day. Here's some things I like, she likes, and things people have said about her, all of which are some of the reasons we love her. . . . . in no particular order.

She often finds a way to slip her hand or fingers under her carseat strap (usually her left had at that) I am addicted to "ruffle-butts" and "baby-legs"

She enjoys sitting in the sink while I get ready.

I LOVE her in blue {which may pose a problem - even if her eyes sparkle}
She has excellent head control.
she enjoys taking naps on her tummy, or laying tummy down in my lapshe sometimes likes her bouncer
and sometimes likes her swing
She ALWAYS loves being held.
She's kindof a binky addict - although you have to click on it or move it side to side before she'll really hang on to it
When she's 'grounded' from her bink she sucks on her fist or her arm but she hasn't found her thumb yet.
I love how when I give her her bink, expecially when she really wants it, she doesn't really know what to do with her hands/arms and ends up wrapping them around my arm giving me the tightest little kung-foo-grip-hug.She is just now getting to the point where she doesn't HATE getting a bath.
She has the saddest, funniest, cutest, pout you've ever seen. Seriously. Ever. I'm still working on getting a good pic of it, but beware her bottom lip. It has caused Michael to call for addional San Antonio Chapter meetings in his Push-Over's Annonymous Club. {although I'm quite the push-over myself}
She cries. No warning wimper, just cries.
She smiles and coo's alot more now
I love her smell. She doesn't exactly smell like a "newborn" anymore, but it's still lovely
When she wants to "talk" she'll click her tounge or make some noise until I look at her
She really does have hair! There is a decent amount in the back, very mullet-esk, which is even worse since she's rubbing herself a bald spot back there. I'll post proof one of these days.
My favorite part of the day is in the morning, when I'm not quite ready to get up yet she wants a change of scenery. I bring her to my bed and we just lay there nose to nose staring at each other - Just like the first time Michael brought her to me in the operating room, and we just stared at each other. No words needed.
A couple weekends ago we went to a couple quilt shops in the blubonnet shop hop. Here she is with her fat quarters and blue ribbon. {it says "my first bluebonnet shop hop"} All the quilter ladies loved her. I guess I'll have to wait til she can thread the sewing machine before I teach her how to quilt.
